Communities to choose from include Crystal River Ranch, which features shared picnic areas, a playground, softball fields, stables and community center facilities; the smaller Crystal Villages; rustic Silver Springs; the slope-side community of Gold Hills at Crystal Mountain; the town of Greenwater and several more.
Most properties range from ten minutes to a half-hour’s drive to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort and Mt. Rainier National Park. The Greenwater community is 60 miles southeast of Seattle and 50 miles from Tacoma. Check road conditions.
